1-1Application
The automatic packer adopts electronic image sensor and driving
roll technology, no operator is needed, goods to be packed must be
anywhere between width 850MM X height 600MM. Also the goods should
not be damped, or powdered or too heavy (maximum 100kg). If you
need pack this kind of stuff, please contact us for more details.
It’s suggested to use the tapes in compliance with the following
requirements:
Raw materials: Polypropylene
Fixed width: maximum+/-1.0mm
Torque: maximum60 C/m
Arc: maximum 50mm/m
Width of coiling: miminum180mm to maximum 230mm
Coil I.D: minimum 200mm to maximum 405mm(fixed but adjustable)
Once the product is delivered, width of belt to be packed is fixed.
The company offers optional parts for different belts, if you
intend to change the width of belt, please contact us.
1-2 Installation
The machine should be installed on dry, flat, and hard floor and
close to the electrical source is a must.
The ground must meet the following conditions:
Indoor temperature: -20℃ to +50℃
Maximum load for ground 350kgs/square meter
Space: minimum 2mX1.5m
Check to see if the machine is hooked up to an electrical resource
and transmission machine as they all must have same speed or its
speed is less than that of the machine.
Power must be connected to the marked position of the machine.
1. Hook up to an electrical resource, turn on the machine to see if
its motor is running in a correct direction.
2. Turn off, load the belt on the reel and check the direction of
belt end.
3. Send the belt into the feeder and ensure its face is downside,
through its feeder box, it shall be hooked up to the upper
belt-feeding roller.
4. Turn on, then the belt-feeding motor runs automatically and
adequately pull the belt stored in the box.
5. Turn the belt-feeding button to right, till its end to reach the
sealing point through arc part.
6. Put the part of goods to be packed right under the sealing
point, wait for another 30 seconds, till the temperature of heating
block is around 200’C.
7. Adjust the torque table to an applicable position, usually 4-5.
8. Press On button, step switch is also available, if applicable,
please hook up step button to another socket of the machine.
