Product introduction:
I、Purposes
The machine is widely used in sealing the mouth of plastic bags,
broadly applicable to foods, pharmaceutical, chemical, electronic,
farming, relic preservation industry.
II、Features
The machine adopts electronically constant-temperature controlling
and automatic conveying equipment. It can make various plastic bags
and match all kinds of production lines of bag packaging, its
sealing length is not restricted, featuring high efficiency,
reliable quality, reasonable structure, and easy operation.
The machine can be positioned in horizontal, vertical, and
on-ground manners. The horizontal is used for dry goods; vertical
is good for liquid goods with printing and calculation functions,
in other words, name of factory, trade mark, delivery date or
expiry date, batch no, and other contents can be printed on the
sealing mouth of the bag. As the sealing mouth can be one time off
printed, date and batch no can be changed from time to time which
is of very convenience. It is in compliance with the rules and
regulations of the Act of Medicines and Foods. Since it is with
calculation device, which is very convenient for production
management.
III、Structure and principle
The machine consists of frame, speed-adjusting structure, sealing
mouth temperature controlling system, conveying and transmitting
parts.
When it is switched on, temperatures of blocks generated by
galvanothermal parts are rapidly increased to adjust the
temperatures and speed of sealing materials by means of
temperature-controlling parts and speed-adjusting parts
respectively. The plastic packing bag is transported by the
conveying belt, the mouth of bag shall be sent to a position
between two sealing belts running, then the plastic bag mouth
nipped with both the belts on the each side shall be sent to the
heating area. The two heating blocks will squeeze it in efforts to
stick it together. Then it accompanied by the two sealing belt is
sent to the cooling area. Roll it with patterns and print words on
it.
Its transmission part consists of a 1KW motor, which drives
mouth-sealing belt, introductory belt, and transmission belt. All
are run simultaneously.
